APPETIZERS

Our appetizers are carefully prepared and attractively presented on either disposable trays or silver/glass platters. Portion quantities vary, but the number of items per selection is in many cases approximately 2-2 ½ items, with a minimum charge of $50.00 for each selection chosen. Pricing follows each item.

or choux pastry filled with Greenbriar’s special chicken salad, or salmon pate and cucumber sliver

puff pastry rolled around thinly sliced ham, fresh asparagus, parmesan cheese and baked until crispy


Miniature Potato Skins
stuffed with garlic mashers, sour cream, cheddar cheese, bacon bits, and green onion


Jalapeño Poppers
with salsa


Beef Flautas
seasoned shredded beef and Monterrey jack cheese wrapped in a flour tortilla and baked until crispy | served with sour cream and salsa


Smoked Pulled Pork Flautas
served with sour cream and salsa verde


Chicken Flautas
seasoned shredded chicken, cheese and roasted chile, served with sour cream and salsa


Stuffed Mushrooms
Italian sausage mixture with spinach and Parmesan or crab mixture with artichoke and parmesan

garnished with olives and paprika | add bay shrimp ($3.00)

on sliced baguette topped with creamy horseradish

in homemade huckleberry sweet and sour sauce

includes a selection of European cheeses, fresh strawberries, grapes and dried fruit (example: figs, dates and apricots)and one of the cheese tortes listed above

Tea Sandwiches
platters of mini sandwiches made from your selection of turkey, ham, curried chicken, egg salads, cucumber and dill with cream cheese, or mini subs

served with balsamic reduction glaze (seasonally available)


Meat and Cheese Tray
your choice of 3 meats and 3 cheeses garnished with peppers and olives, assorted crackers | add lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, condiments and mini rolls to create your own sandwich bar ($6.00 per person)
