Our appetizers are carefully prepared and attractively presented on either disposable trays or silver/glass platters.

Portion quantities vary, but the number of items per selection is in many cases approximately 2-2 ½ items, with a minimum charge of $50.00 for each selection chosen. Pricing follows each item.

  • Beef Skewers with sweet sriracha or teriyaki glaze and choice of either peanut sauce or coconut curry sauce. $4.70 per person
  • Chicken Skewers, prepared as above $3.50 per person
  • Phyllo Triangles (Spanakopita) ~ crispy phyllo dough with fillings of baby spinach, feta cheese, and green onion. $3.75 per person
  • Profiteroles, Miniature cream puffs or choux pastry filled with Greenbriar’s special chicken salad, or salmon pate and cucumber sliver: $3.00 per person
  • Ham/Asparagus/Parmesan Rolls, Puff Pastry rolled around thinly sliced ham, fresh asparagus, parmesan cheese and baked until crispy: $3.00 per person
  • Miniature Potato Skins  stuffed with garlic mashers, sour cream, cheddar cheese, bacon bits, and green onion: $3.00 per person
  • Jalapeño Poppers with salsa~ $3.00 per person
  • Beef Flautas  seasoned shredded beef and Monterrey jack cheese wrapped in a flour tortilla and baked until crispy. Served with sour cream and salsa $4.50 per person
  • Smoked Pulled Pork Flautas served with sour cream and salsa verde $4.50 per person
  • Chicken Flautas seasoned shredded chicken, cheese and roasted chile, served with sour cream and salsa $3.25 per person

  • Creamy Artichoke and Parmesan Spread  Baked and served with crostini: $55.00 for 30 people
