Greenbriar catering was great! We also held our rehearsal dinner at Greenbriar Inn, which is a beautiful venue. Kris is really flexible, and she worked within our budget. She and her staff were professional, and the food was great! I would just add that if you plan to have your event at Greenbriar, just double check with the staff that you will have the whole room for your private event. There were some tables open for walk-ins in our space, which caused a bit of confusion. We brought the issue to the attention of the hostess, and ultimately no one was seated in our area during the dinner. All in all, it was a great event with great food! I think Kris would make a fantastic caterer for an event outside Greenbriar as well.

We recently had a wedding rehearsal dinner for 60 people at 315 Martinis and Tapas and couldn't be happier with how everything turned out.  Being from out of town, we were nervous about finding just the right place to throw a party in Coeur d'Alene.  So when we came upon the Greenbriar and stopped by to try out the menu, we were psyched.

Kris, the catering director, was so laid back, I was worried they might not be thorough, but boy was I wrong.  We chose six tapas to be served: the bruschetta, crab cakes, edamame, coconut lime shrimp, the Mediterranean plate, and the artichoke dip.  All were delicious. All of our guests had a really terrific time.

We've put on many events together with much success. She and her team were always professional and provided excellent service. She was always able to take my vision and make it          happen, from a sit-down brunch for 100 people to an "evening around the world" fundraising event that has arguably gone down as the best party in Coeur d'Alene.
