High Tea

First course:

Hot appetizers such as miniature pasties, egg and bacon tarts, cheddar puffs, or bacon wrapped scallops.

Second Course:

Freshly baked scones;  Apple, berry, date nut, etc. with condiments;  butter, clotted cream, lemon curd, preserves, and honey.

Third course:

Tea Sandwiches; An assortment of your choice:  Turkey and cranberry cream cheese spread, Ham with cheddar pimento Dijon spread, Cucumber, watercress and butter, Smoked salmon mousse pinwheel, Chicken salad, Ham salad.

Mini-Dessert Sampler: ( choose three)

Nanaimo (chocolate-coconut) dessert bars, Cream Puffs, Lemon Tarts, Fresh Fruit Tarts or Berry Tarts, Chocolate Dipped Strawberries (if in season) Mini-chocolate mousse cups, or your choice of teacakes: Banana, chocolate, carrot.  Also amaretto, chocolate, or huckleberry cheesecake.   Date, raspberry or lemon bars

This menu includes your choice of beverage. Hot tea, iced tea, coffee,or huckleberry punch
