Greenbriar Catering Luncheons

Please note when making luncheon choices, this menu is designed to provide a buffet.  Additional

choices, such as more than one type of sandwich, soup or salad will be charged accordingly.

 

SOUPS:  $3.50 per person

(We suggest as an accompaniment to a luncheon salad)

-Lasagna Italiano (Italian sausage with marinara, mozzarella, cheddar)

-Chicken in Puff Pastry: Chicken in cream sauce with vegetables, Swiss cheese

-Oriental Chicken over rice

-Caraway Beef stroganoff over noodles

-Shepherd’s pie Crepes (roast beef, vegetables, and sour cream)

-Curried Chicken Crepes: Curry, onions, sweet peppers
