HIGH TEA AT THE GREENBRIAR INN
First course:
Hot appetizers such as miniature pasties, egg and bacon pie, cheddar puffs, or bacon wrapped scallops.
Second Course:
Freshly baked scones: Apple, berry, date nut, etc. with condiments: Butter, clotted cream, lemon curd, preserves, and honey.
Third course:
Tea Sandwiches: An assortment of your choice: Turkey, Dijon, ham with cheddar pimento, cucumber with cream cheese and butter, smoked salmon mousse pinwheel, chicken salad, ham salad.
Dessert Sampler:

Nanaimo (Chocolate) dessert bars, Cream Puffs, Butter Tarts, Lemon Tarts, Fresh Fruit Tarts or Berry Tarts, Chocolate Dipped Strawberries (if in season) or your choice of teacakes: Banana, chocolate, carrot. Also amaretto, chocolate, chocolate-mint or raspberry cheesecake, date bars raspberry or lemon bars, etc.
This menu includes your choice of beverage.
Cost: $20.00 per person plus gratuity and tax for a four course tea
$15.00 per person plus gratuity and tax for a three course tea
A facility use fee will be charged for events at the Greenbriar Inn. The rates vary depending on the type of use, number of people, and length of use. Please inquire if you are interested.
