All cooking classes are $45.00 and include both hands-on and demonstration of recipes used.  A generous amount of food created in class is served during or after each class,  as well  as complimentary wine and non-alcoholic beverages.

Creole and Cajun style cooking—Saturday, February 28  11:00-1:30 

Enjoy a full meal with these creations from Louisiana.  We'll discuss the difference between Cajun and Creole cooking, and you'll sample these simple yet creative dishes that are made with a combination of familiar and not so familiar spices and herbs.

Asian Cooking in 30 minutes or less—Saturday March 7, 11:00-1:30

These recipes are designed for simplicity and ease, contrary to the notion most people have of preparation for Asian foods.

We'll try several different appetizers and main dish ideas in this class, as well as exploring recipes for Asian sauces that add lots of flavor!

Latin Soups Class—Saturday March 21, 11:00-1:30

Raw Foods—Saturday March 28, 11:00-1:30

 The trend to uncooked raw foods has been on the upswing in recent years.  Light clean and natural foods make you feel the same way enthusiasts say.  This class is an exploration of how satisfying and delicious raw foods can be.

Join Chef Lynn from “Cook with Us” as she teaches the intricacies of making a perfect paella.  Our Spanish inspired class will transport you to the sunny shores of the Mediterranean.  The following will be taught:

With the holidays approaching why not think about a dessert buffet for those special occasions?

We'll do some unusual desserts with familiar ingredients.  Be sure to have eaten a light meal beforehand as we'll be sampling a number of sweets.
